Measure the foot. Wide foot: half a size up.
Nike maps every size to the foot length it fits: a 17.0 cm foot takes EU 28 (10.5C). Measure against a wall in the evening and read the table; if the foot sits right on a boundary, take the next size.
The last is Nike's quirk: narrow and long. The lengths are accurate, but a wide foot gets pinched across long before the toes touch. Nike's own advice is half a size up for wide feet.
