The size is the height; babies are also labelled in months
Name It cuts close to the centilong standard: the size number is the height the garment fits up to, so a 106 cm child wears 110. Measure and round up.
The baby range is labelled in both cm and months, like 68 (4–6 mo). The months are typical, not promises: a long four-month-old is already in 74. If you can measure, go by the length.

They track the centilong height honestly. Between sizes: take the larger one, especially for babies growing a centimetre a month.
Which Name It size for a 6-month-old?
The label says 68 (4–6 mo) or 74 (6–9 mo). Better to measure: a baby at 67 cm takes 68, at 70 cm takes 74.
